 Silverius started deejaying at highschoolparties in the mid eighties, mixing populair music with more undergound stuff. Influenced by the pirate radio scene, he develops his musical talents. When he started to work parttime at Rhyhtm Import in Amsterdam, back in 1989 his basis for house music was set. Being on top of all the new releases he continued to improve his deejay career. Besides this busy club schedule he has also been spinning on festivals as DANCE VALLEY (Spaarnwoude) and ROCKIT OPEN AIR (Maarsseveense plassen). Silverius also released a few records, starting in 1993 with a house release on URBAN SOUND OF AMSTERDAM. In his job as label manager at DURECO he remixes several releases on Blueprint and Vitamin Records . After his career as Head of Creative at EMI Music Publishing, he starts ROOTZ Records in 2003 with Olav Basoski and Alex Romano. In 2004 he releases "El Vibe Latino" , followed by several remixes and other tracks. After he meets Dekky in 2006, they join forces in ON THA FLOOR MUSIC, another house label for which he remixes the first releases. In 2008 Silverius remixes for several other labels as well, such as PALOMA BLANCA RECORDS (Netherlands), SUITE MUSIC (Mexico) and Kid Massive`s AUDIO DAMAGE ( United Kingdom). The highlight of 2008 is his cooperation with Jennifer Cooke and Eastar, "You got it goin" on". This vocal house track is On Tha Floor Music`s fifth release. On the radio front Silverius can also be heard. From 2003 until today, Silverius host a non stop mix show on commercial broadcaster RADIO VERONICA (www.radioveronica.nl) every Saturdaynight from 22"00h till 23"00h called: DISCO GROOVES.
