Silverius started deejaying at high school parties in the mid eighties, mixing popular music with more underground stuff. Influenced by the pirate radio scene, he develops his musical talents. When he started to work part time at Rhythm Import in Amsterdam, back in 1989 his base for house music was set.
Being on top of all the new releases he continued to improve his deejay career. Several clubs he has played in over the last decade are: CASH (Amsterdam), PACHA (Amsterdam), ESCAPE (Amsterdam), IT (Amsterdam), VAT 69 (Leeuwarden), HABBEKRATS (Utrecht), METROPOOL (Zaandam), MARCANTI (Amsterdam), SINNERS (Amsterdam), MAZZO (Amsterdam), PARADISO (Amsterdam), LAS PALMAS (Rotterdam), VAK ZUID (Amsterdam), MATRIXX (Nijmegen), WAAKZAAMHEID (Zaandam) and many more…..

At the first after hour’s parties in the Netherlands, organized by THE FOUR ROSES in PACHA Amsterdam, he played together with Dutch phenomenon DJ Erick E, and those parties were a smashing success!!

But Silverius also released a few records, starting in 1993 with a release on URBAN SOUND OF AMSTERDAM. In his job as label manager at DURECO he remixes several releases on the Blueprint label. His future productions can be found on ROOTZ Records, a label he founded with Olav Basoski and Alex Romano.

The past few years he has released some mix cd’s such as CRUZIAL CUTS (Dureco), CROSSOVER (Rhythm Records), CLUB FLAVOURS (BNN/ STRENGHOLT) and MTV MASH UP(Sony Music Media) together with DJ Rob Boskamp. Club Flavours was originally a mini mix of 4 songs in 10 minutes as part of the start of the weekend in Radio 3FM show: Ruuddewild.nl. A small mega mix he engineered for DJ Rob Boskamp. Today Silverius host a non stop mix show on commercial broadcaster RADIO VERONICA every Saturday night from 24’00h till 1’00h called: DISCO GROOVES. A show containing all the dance hits, from house to R&B.
