ATFC

Biography

Seamus haji is absolutely right, ATFC is not Aberystwyth Town Football Club, the lesser known Welsh football team, but instead he is the uber talented, well loved and respected, legendary, british, veteran dj, Aydin Hasirci.

He has been commanding dancefloors for eons as well as producing records that have stood the test of time. It is true atfc made his name during the naughties, but since the beginning of his career he has simply (in the words of those modern french poets) gotten bigger, better, faster and stronger.

It`s well known that atfc has had three uk top forty hits and has played at some of the biggest festivals and clubs around the world. During his 18 years as a producer and dj he has remixed some the best known artists in the world… moby, missy elliot, p diddy and fat boy slim all called on his services. Described by dj magazine "as one of the top ... Producers in the world of straight down the line, mainroom house music" he is one of the industry`s most exciting and consistent artists.

In 08 he had a busy year by mixing the defected miami 08 compilation and then later the successful defected in the house - goa 09 album, the first western house mix album of its kind in india production wise, atfc has experienced a renaissance of late with huge dance floor obliterating tunage in the form of remixes of funkerman, marc evans and a cheeky little bootleg of ame rej.

He`s also got three killer tracks recently released juss a beat, praise to the jb`s and bad habit 2008 which are have been used as every dj`s bullets since.

It didn"t stop there, aydin teamed up with the fresh faced and uber talented new york vocalist yasmeen sulieman to produce one of his newest projects "tell u why". It was released on the seminal us house label strictly rhythm. It has been heavily supported by many international dj`s including Seamus haji and the cube guys. Shortly after that came "give me love" feat rae, quickly climbing up the beatport chart to become a top 5.

His recent remix of dubfire's 'roadkill' was described as 'verging on genius' by pete tong. 'Ya killin me' was currently being sought out by all the major players in the house world, and he'd just signed exciting single and album deals with 2 of the most respected labels around. His recent dj tour of the far east, asia and australia was a huge success with the highlight being the summerdayze festival in perth playing to a crowd of over 20,000 strong.

You"ll see atfc appearing on defected, strictly rhythm, and toolroom records, as well as special appearances at zouk (singapore), dragon fly (jakarta), age ha (japan), dance valley (the netherlands) and of course pacha ibiza, proving that, if nothing else, the man's more versatile than he looks!
